1. I became an artist because: I think it came to me in a dream, or someone may have whispered the idea into my ear.
2. I remember thinking Vogue covers were especially iconic. Still do. You can collect them like records, and I’m sure some people do.
3. My high school had a few tiny rehearsal rooms; they fit a piano and a person or two at most. I spent a lot of time in those rooms and outside of school. I was on an “independent study” program, which enabled me to miss a lot of classes in order to focus on music. Whether or not that was a good thing, I don’t know. I didn’t really get along with high school as much as a lot of people I know; however, I would like to be in a classroom again at some point (not a high school one). It’s important to me to keep learning, and I find it can be hard to focus without scheduling and deadlines. My mind is generally busy.
4. Now I get to work within this sonic world we’ve created for a bit. We’ll take it to the road soon and live in it for a while.
5. I have a crush on Rai Rai Ken.
6.I now live in? I moved to Brooklyn a couple months ago, just a few blocks from where my father grew up. Feels special special.
7. People think this of me: a twin.
8. We are almost done here, I love : swinging from a rope into the bay.
